I recently became a member of “Writers in Kyoto”

I recently became a member of “Writers in Kyoto” a great group of people connected to and writing about Kyoto in English. They asked me to write something to introduce myself to the group on their website. In addition to telling a bit of my Japan back story it also includes three haiku, a short poem, and six photos.
