Fall 2005 Workshop in Kamogawa

I am currently offering workshop/study opportunities for individuals and mini-groups in addtition to the the larger group pinhole workshops that are offered seasonally on a regular basis.

My studio home is perched on a hill with a 360 degree view.
The ocean is just 3 kilometers away and we are surrounded by Japanese countryscapes. I have a large black and white darkroom that is easy to use. There is a gallery with my work on display and sometimes that of students as well.

Boarding is possible at our place or nearby pensions.
Meals at Edo Photos/Solo Hill are healthy vegetarian cuisine prepared by Edo's partner Shizuka Tsuruta, well know author of numerous cookbooks and natural living.

The schedule for individuals and mini-groups is flexible, with weekdays as well as weekends possible. Pricing depends on the theme and individuals. Discounts may be offered in some cases to students and other special cases.

Edo Photos/Solo Hill is located in Kamogawa, Chiba Prefecture, about 2 hours outside of Tokyo on the Boso Peninsula and is easily accessed by highway bus or JR train.
