23(Wed) – 27(Sun) August, 2006 at Koto-ku “Bunka” Center(Culture Center) (4-11-3, Toyo, Koto-ku, Tokyo) “Tenji-Shitsu” - Display Room. The exhibition will be open 10:00-20:00 except 23 August (from 13:00) and 27 August (until 18:00).

Eligibility Requirements:
•    Entrants must be a Member of JPPS (Japan Pinhole Photographic Society)

•    Photos must be taken with PINHOLE cameras. Color or black & white prints are acceptable.

•    Categories: We have prepared 3 major categories:
-    “Simple Display”: Photo without frame or panel. The size should be equal to or smaller than “cabinet size” (13x18cm - 5 x 7inches)
-    “Single Photo”: Photo with frame or panel. The size should be equal to or smaller than “Zen-Bai” (75x105cm - 30 x 42inches)
-    “Kumi-Shashin”: (Multiple photos in a series (equal to or less than four pictures in a series expressing a certain theme)). Please attach directions for the order of display.
Maximum space size: W:124 x H:280cm – W48.8 x 110.2inches

•    A maximum of FOUR photos can be submitted per entrant. “Kumi-Shashin” will be counted as ONE photo.

•    Charges:
-    “Simple Display”:
Equal to or smaller than “cabinet” (13x18cm - 5 x 7inches)    500 Yen/photo
-    “Single Photo”:
Equal to or smaller than A4 or “6-Giri”(32x42cm - 13 x 17inches)    1000Yen/photo
Equal to or smaller than A3 or “2-Giri”(50x60cm - 20 x 24inches)    2000Yen/photo
Equal to or smaller than “Zen-Bai”(75x105cm - 30 x 42inches)    3000Yen/photo
-    “Kumi-Shashin”:
Multiple Photos on the Layout Board(W:124xH:280cm – 48.8 x 110.2inches)        3000Yen/board

•    You can enter via online entry form (will be prepared soon) or regular mail. If you are going for regular mail, please fill out the application form and send it to the address below. The application period will be from 1 July to 31 July.

•    Delivery and Pickup of Photos:
Delivery:
You can deliver your photos to the place yourself on “23 August, 2006 9:00-12:00” or you could also send the photos by using delivery services. The package must be received by “20 August, 2006”. Also please attach a piece of paper with your JPPS member#, Name and Titles on every photo.

Picking up and Returning of Photos:
You could pick up your photos by yourself at “27 August between 17:00-19:00”or we could ship them back to you via collect delivery service.

With “Simple Display”, we will send them back to you if you include a self-addressed envelope with appropriate postage stamps.

•    Other notes:
-    We are not responsible for damage to or loss of the photos.
-    Photos might not be displayed in case the contents are illegal or offensive to public order and morals or we decided not to display them for some other reasons.
-    Make sure you have the appropriate approval from the person or places in the photos so as not to infringe on the right of portrait or other similar rights.
-    Do not use frames with “GLASS” if you are shipping your photos.
